- Self-Sufficiency: Water wells, septic systems, and on-site resources ensure independence.
- STEM Education: Labs, classrooms, and research hubs for 1,000 kids to study Mars sustainability and STEM skills.
- Community Living: Dorms, mini market, snack bar, and clothing center—a true “city within a city.
